Different genres of rap??? As people of my age now used to say to me in the past when I mentioned rock: "It all sounds the same to me."

I am quite flexible as far as music goes. But rap is just out of my realm of listenable.

Even some Aerosmith songs are too "rappy" for me.

I used to say the same about Opera, Country and (off topic) Coconut but now I find things about them I like; who knows if people learn to give things a chance it could change the world but not gangster-rap f-that cRap and even more the situation$ they blame it on!

If you can't listen to Tupac and not get at least a little pissed off you there are issues. I listen almost exclusively to Punk but there are very important artist in every genre like:

Red Red Wine
