Yea this is problem not only because it distorts good songs but also because people usualy judge your music taste based on video and other crap like artist etc. WTF? MUSIC is MUSIC regardless of source or distribution method! It is universal language.

OK i do not deny the fact that after watching some videos i get extra interested in exploration but the main reason was song itself and most of them i first heard at radio not tv so it is useless to try to say i only like song because artist is hot for example cause i enjoyed music itself without knowing who plays it!

Yea many are crappy vids but However there are good videos that actually fit like this for example:
