That's the computer with the one-button mouse, right? I've never seen what makes spending twice as much to be able to surf the same web pages makes it better. Apple's are expensive! ($4.99/3lb bag now! Grr!)
USB is the new Nike Air Max. I think IBM and HP want to make everything usb, because some users get their keyboard and mouse slots mixed up and make a call to helpdesk when neither work.
I have a MS intellimouse optical which, if I plug it in via the ps2 port works ok, except it disables the usb keyboard by the time it comes to logging in (the keyboard works fine up to this point). If I plug in the mouse via usb my keyboard and mouse work, except the mouse now functions as a bog-standard 2 button mouse with no scroll-wheel - I've SuSE 9.0 pro.
