Web clients (SSH, TelNet and IRC)


Hi!
Are there any web clients for the following services/stuff IRC, SSH and TelNet? That is free if you know any please tell me. Would like any of it.
Most an SSH web client and/or IRC client and last but still wnated TelNet. If their are no for the other
