Hello. I have a friend that has a business. He just switched ISP's. There VPN client (Shrew Access Manager) will connect to their network when there old modem (old ISP) is connected to their router, but when we connect the new modem (Frontier), they cannot connect with there VPN.
Obviously they have a new IP address with the new modem, which we are using when trying to connect. I talked to the ISP (Frontier), and they said there modem is wide open, the firewall is turned off. What should I be looking for to get the VPN working again? Thanks.
