USB Device Driver and RNDIS Initialization

All,

This is my first entry to this forum so please be patient with me while I gain a better understanding of what to and what not to, post.

I have a Panasonic Toughbook CF-29H laptop, using an Intel 82801DB/DBM chipset. When I connect the laptop USB port to an USB port on another device, the RNDIS initiailization fails to complete. In fact, the CF-29H continually restarts RNDIS initialization.

I tried using a PCMCIA-USB card to resolve the problem, but that did not work.

Does anyone know if there is a Linux solution to this problem?

Thanks.
