Even if MS utilize the key, someone out there will always find a way to crack it or find a work-a-round.
How many times companies claim their products or protocols were cracked proof? Then a few days later or weeks someone cracks it and post all over the web. Nothing stays secure too long. There will always be bugs and exploits in hardware and software.
