tring to downlad and make an ISO file


I have downloaded and saved to HD a SystemRescueCd (i need the partimage capability)
Do I need to extract the file tehn burn or just burn.
I did the later but is is not seen.
FYI I tried this with Debian and I could not get it to work.

How do I download an d burn these files (I have NERO)

Are you trying to burn from Linux or Windows?

Burn the SystemRescueCd as an image file . There is an option to do this in Nero. You will then have a bootable cd and be able to use the apts. on that cd.

Do I need to unzip it into a file or just copy as an image?

You don't need to unzip anything, just select the "Burn image" option in Nero.
