apache pages don't give you that much space to work with, not detailing EVERYTHING that could have possibly happened to cause, and an enormously long explanation of what "not found" really means.

why do you create a forum for practical jokes at Literary Forums and then have that page open when they click on the link

It would be fun to see how many people report the broken link without getting the joke LOL
