Ticket Tracking software in PHP

Hello,

I am creating a web based ticket tracking system in PHP.

The questions I have are:

1. I am tracking dates through out the system, should time also be logged ? For example a user's contact information for Customer A is updated .. would you find it usefull to have time reference as well as date ?

Screen shots are available from the links below, let me know what you think or dislike:

I will hopefully have a online demo available soon.

Michael.

For me time (not only date) is a good idea. But it depends on the fact what you're going to do with it exactly.

Thanks for your reply ... another question for everyone ... web you are looking for a web application what are some of the key visual effects you look for or like ?

I have seen some really great looking .Net web sites where it looks and feels like you are using an actual application ... because of all the extra's they have. But from my experience these sites produce a large amount of java script. Which usuall only works well in IE ...

Here is the ticket-tracker we use. It is fast, simple, and has everything we need at this point. It is open-source so you can use its features, etc in your app if you find something you like. I don't know if it is what you are looking for but it is a very functional helpdesk system.
