Think I Found My First Scope, but Is It a Good One?

Hey I found this scope on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...DME:B:AAQ:US:1

If you scroll down you will see it says it can be returned if it is DOA, or doesn't function properly.

So should I go for it? Thank in advance. Oh, and hopefully no one will buy it out from under me!!

what's a "scope"? and that link doesn't work... you presumably copied and pasted an abbreviated link, not copy the link itself.

Bad link.
