How can religion help in species survival? I guess it is somehow helpful when solving conflicts and bringing order but critical to exist?

I don't think jamison meant species survival, but possibly personal survival. Comfort in times of distress, etc.

As well as riche$.org++ (maybe cultural, ʞʞʞ is one bad example) infinite reasons for it (few good) like anything but survival.

So if God promises all this to just a select group, clearly he is discriminates against others, tell me I'm wrong. The rest of the non-jewish peoples, you're on your own, bye.

Maybe. Who knows? We can't speak about God in first place yet because we don't have formulated clear definition of what God is - might be alien for all we know or neutral energy or simply some being who does what it wished regardless of our human thoughts about it. However i can calm you down - according to previously mentioned scriptures and regarding that promise to Israel and jews - it is also mentioned that same God cares about everyone else aswell - it is just the special event regarding messiah's and their return is promised to them specificly..hope it helps feel better.

A study has concluded that religious people are less intelligent than non-believers
LOL! So much for self proclaimed superiority. When will people learn that IQ has nothing to do with being religious or not..

Funny part related to this type of study is - even if they show higher IQ in debate wars they still loose.

Just to generalize: you have to go to (actual) school to be a scientist, teacher, doctor,,, but to be religious\spiritual—nope.
