text images

Hi All,

I know this isnt too linux specific but I am trying to locate some images on the internet with a view to sending them to a text only email reader.

I have seen the .nfo files which come with certain programs when downloaded. They sometimes contain logos, pictures, etc etc.

Please tell me what they are called so I can search or point me in the right direction of a good resource or tutorial.

Many thanks.

Rob

This isn't directly related to Linux at all, moving to General where its more suitable.

Regards.
