Previous useragent worked but broke Gmail. This one works with it. Testing it here.

Yay! It works.

Testing an ever-so-slight general.useragent.override FF UA string modification:

Code:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/5.0/Arch
Yup, still works!

Edited about:config again. See if it's back.

No. WTF is going on?

At least I know FredGSanford has nothing to do with it going missing.

The entry I made in about:config has disappeared AGAIN!

Could it be you are using the plugin:
useragentswitcher?
Try to disable it.

Kind regards.

Thanks, I'll try that.

YES. That worked. But why has that happened? I've had the User Agent Switcher for ages, with the entry in about:config for Slackware with no problems. Very strange.
