I am gonna take SCO to court as they have refused to cooperate when i submitted Freedom of Information Act Requests and failed to even respond after i sent them certified they had 30 days to comply. So i am now going to ask a federal court to make them comply by releasing proof or the information they have which they state supports their right over linux licensing and several other matters i think this could end up big as when i file it in san francisco court im making them pay my filing fee's and i got a free attorney courtesy of EFF we are gonna leave the suit open for class action.
