Suggest a good forum for Windows adminish questions?

Can people suggest a good forum for Windows questions, especially adminish ones (but note I don't use Active Directory or anything like that)? Since unfortunately I have to work with Windows systems, and they sure are a pain.

Yes I know I could Google, but Google won't get me advice on where's best.

Not very adminish, but AFAIK that is proprietary information, much of it y will not likely find in a public forum IMHO...

Dumped W$ for good when my old PC was actualizing XP and found a virus, in the process of actualizing the antivirus, XP "Found out" I had no ethernet NIC...

Grabbed a Suse 10.2 DVD, inserted it in the "ashtray" and never look back...
