streaming media how to
hi all,
I need to create a website that contain streaming medias such as audio and video.
I seted up an appache server in a linux box and put some multimedia files in it and tryed to play this files from
VLC(linux) and mediaplayer and it works.
But the problem is I want to give a link of that media file in a web page and the people could clink the link and media should play in mediaplayer or corresponding palyer. now if i click the link it will ask for a download or openwith a program. No streaming.
so what to do?
