My absolutely favourite: Putty.

I've it on all my portable media (like flash drives and USB disks), just in case ;)

Another option is to install Cygwin/X. This will allow you to run both the ssh client and server on XP.

Also, you can run a remote gnome or KDE program and have it display on a your local XP machine. This will allow you to run all those handy text utilities such as sed, awk, grep, etc on windows.

Great,
Thank you Guys.

Ofcourse google is our Best friend .
I went with http://public.planetmirror.com/pub/s...hellClient.exe and it has crashed the XP.
I just now return to LQ forum and i Will try your options after re-installing XP.
Thanks again

Unless you are limited in space (you need a few hundred megs), go with ssh from cygwin. With X from Cygwin you can do nearly everything as in Linux.

Putty: download, run - no installation.
Use psftp for sftp transfers.

I also use Cygwin and PuTTY on my Windows machine. Both are free and they both work well.
