Doesn't surprise me in the least. The concept of "fair use" has died - and nobody came to the funeral.

Unfortunately, it seems that Sony has opened Pandora's Box (as far as Windows users are concerned anyway), as it is providing a new strategy to hide what you are doing for different reasons--like cheating at WoW.
