What has this to do with marketing ? Basicly is a complaint about delivery of goods you ordered and the lack of communication from their side. I think they have to chose: shipping cd's or answering emails
And yes, I was disappointed more then once about email communications (bug reporting) in the past but we have to remember that Slackware is basicly a one man show (with help from volunteers) and that the resources to answer email will be little to none.
So be patient, it will be worth it
