Although I have no idea how... well, a brief perl script, but no idea how to do it manually.

May I suggest Yoruba? It's a language spoken in the north of some African country. It is spoken natively by about 2000 people. It is a bit odd really - it uses the Latin character set (the same as we use), it has accents on the top of the letters and on the bottom (and I don't mean like that funny little ç thing in French). Or, alternatively, you could learn Cornish. Now, that's a bloody weird language (yes Craggy and Kewps, I can speak a couple of words) and it's used natively by absolutely no one for the past 200 years.

I gotta stop staying awake till 5am after a long binge nap. That, and I still have to learn some language other than bad english.
