What if ET can heal with his glowing finger? Seems like we'd kill two birds with one stone.

As long as it's cross-country... I hate the track version.

Why bother with trying to find intelligent life elswhere in the universe? Surely our time would be better spent trying to find it on this planet first?

You can find the info at http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/ .
Does anyone at Linuxquestions.org want to start a group at the seti site, that way all the hours are attributed to your group.
I already belong to a group.
Any takers to pick up the very minimal admin duties of group leader (in fact, about all you have to do is create it at seti).

We have a Seti@Home group:

http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/s...eam_89444.html

I am going to redo the pages for Seti, dnet and folding@ to make them a bit more prominent.
