'Taking and analyzing a cheek swab of the arrestee DNA is, like fingerprinting and photographing, a legitimate police booking procedure that is reasonable under the Fourth Amendment,' Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote for the court's five-justice majority. But the four dissenting justices said that the court was allowing a major change in police powers. There was another thing I was gonna post, but it's from Fox news, and many don't like it.

Yes, I just read about that this morning. I'm not going to comment much.....We either take it into out own hands now, or lay down and die. The government can legally take some of your own flesh against your will......

I will definitely sue if they do this to me. Technically, there isn't much change tho, because the Supreme Court overrules lower courts.
