router setup

not really linux related, but thought i'd post anyway.

i currently have a 4 port router, but the problem is we have 6 computers. switching between them is a real pain. i thought i'd just buy an 8 port router, but thats getting a little pricey. could i get another 4 port router and nest them inside each other? i.e.::

router1
| | | |
1234

1--> computer1
2-->computer2
3-->computer3
4-->router2

router2
| | | |
567

5-->computer4
6-->computer5
7-->comptuer6

is it possible to do that?

thanks for the links! it seems i can just get a switch then instead of a router, which will save me some dough.

yes, you can. I've got a router set up w/ 2 netgear wireless routers. One is a dhcp server, and I turned off the dhcp server on the second one. The first router just assigns the second router(and all attached computers) IP address'.
