Unhappy Risk analysis of Kernel development

hello all,

I am working on recognising the risks (risks associated with the business and project managenment side of Kernel dev). I was hoping some more experienced people may be able to help me identify the reasoning (or info) related to the following risks:

Project Methods
Health / safety
Business risks

Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks...Robert.
