register website with google for linux?

I am just wondering how to get a website registered so when people do a www.google.com/linux search they can find it.

I am putting a page up with specifics for installing linux on a particular laptop and would like it to be found when searching under the model number.

Make good meta tags, descriptions, keywords in your pages..... thats how things are found most of the time.
