The fact that your front page is a giant image with a poorly chosen title ("Make Friend") and exactly two sentences of poorly written text, both of which are in structural tags (span and div) instead of semantic tags (p, h1, ul, article, etc), is probably hurting your SEO.
Are you sure the Text (which is Label text on the page), is leading to problem with SEO?
you really have to start reading, and stop asking questions.
have you searched for seo articles?
here's a random search result: https://moz.com/beginners-guide-to-seo
and here's a tool to see what googlebot sees: http://www.dnsqueries.com/en/googlebot_simulator.php (i recommend to try this with many different sites, not only your own, to see the differences)
what's your native language?
maybe you should read in that language. this article is available in many different languages.
Are you sure the Text (which is Label text on the page), is leading to problem with SEO?
Yes. I just said that. Again: what are people supposed to search for to find your site?
If you have access to the server logs, look at them to see if, when and how often the web spiders are visiting.
The fact that your site is clearly unfinished, and it asks for tons of personal information while not using HTTPS? That probably doesn't hurt your SEO, but it doesn't help either.
I did ever adjust the site according to some guidelines to Search Engine requirements. could you please point out the issues to the current site in details ?
One of the problems that has been pointed out is the content.

This is all search engines have to use. You need to put more information on the page. As it is, the only people who will visit the site are those who know about it and want to use it. It is like opening a small store at the back of a lane and putting a small "Open" sign on the door, without any signs leading from the street. Only an occasional person will accidentally stumble upon it. There are also no details about the service being offered. It appears to be a match-making service, but no information for prospective customers to judge the site's usefulness or trustworthiness. I would never register on a website without any information. So even if search engines did find your site, few people would use it. The website's front page must sell the service. You must tell people what you do and convince them you can do it. To be honest, if I wanted to use a dating site, I would not spend more than a few seconds on yours. As has already been mentioned, you need to focus on completing the site before worrying about search engines.
You also did not answer antiX-Dave's question.

it causes me to wonder if you have even submitted the url to be indexed by Google. Without the submission you would be relying on the crawler to be linked to your site

So, now I know Google is not crawling your site.
Or at the least, it may think it does not have permission with an incorrectly formatted (isn't it?) Disallow for Google.
