Looks like a bunch of butt-hurt republicans in that cartoon. :-) That's Babs Bush in the first frame and Jeb in the second. Wonder why people didn't vote for the "Republican" in the republican primaries? :-)
Black people are already getting screwed; you don't need to wait for a Trump presidency. I find the modern American form of racism totally weird. The old kind that they had back in the 50's and 60's was unpleasant but at least it was consistent.
Now we have a black US president, plenty of black city mayors and police chiefs, and no one is allowed to use the N-word in public, but unarmed black men get shot dead by policemen on the streets every week and the perpetrators are either never brought to trial or get acquitted.
What's Obama doing about it? Nothing! What's Hillary going to do about it? Nothing!
Let's broaden the discussion, shall we? It's not simply about "Black people," which is a stereotype based exclusively on the amount of melanin in one's epidermis. To say that "[racially motivated] hatred of man to man" is tied to skin-color (and, a particular color ...) is a vast over-simplification.
To say, "don't use the N-word" is more or less to say, "don't be an asshole."
It's also an over-simplification to aver that "unarmed black men get shot dead every week and no one is brought to trial or they are acquitted," thereby implying a massive police conspiracy specifically(!) against "black people," who are using deadly force (as I have said) as though they were hunting possums in the woods for sport.
The term, "black people," is a straw man, and the statement itself is (no pun intended) whitewash.

Hazel, President Obama was just the " hood ornament " that was placed atop the vehicle of the " United States " machine to present an image to the world!! He was awarded the Noble Peace prize, not for doing anything, but for just becoming the " first "!! For the last eight years President Obama did everything that his many puppet masters required him to do!! Bucking the " system " will get you killed like the Kennedy's!! " Poor people " get to vote but after the election they are avoided like the plague until the next election comes along!!
For many years the Republican party got the votes; but they ignored their voters concerns; now those voters have nominated Donald Trump instead of one of their many republican puppets!! No one is going to be ready for the complete chaos coming next year, regardless of who wins this bitter election!!
@cousinlucky - FWIW the Nobel (not noble) Peace Prize was not for "becoming the first" (black president of the US) and "not doing anything", though many tea party sympathizers would have us believe that. Here's a more objective, global take.

.... Obama said he was "surprised" and "deeply humbled" by the award. He stated that he does not feel he deserved the award,[14][15] and that he did not feel worthy of the company the award would place him in. In remarks given at the White House Rose Garden on the day of the announcement, Obama stated, "I do not view it as a recognition of my own accomplishments but rather an affirmation of American leadership on behalf of aspirations held by people in all nations."[16]
Additionally, the Republican Party hasn't ignored their voters concerns, they simply found themselves stretched thin by their long-standing policy of combating their image as "the party of the rich". Additionally they sullied even that constructed "balancing act" by becoming "the Party of No!" which accurately showed them as incapable of promoting anything positive for the country as a whole. Even when the Democrats introduced bills that were originally created by Republicans they "shot them down". The basic reason for the failure of that balancing act is that the divide between rich and poor grew so great, largely because of The Lobby System (rich people consider it effective to spend time, effort and MONEY "in the political trenches"), giving rise to the chaos neo-conservatives are in today. This may also be exascerbated by the economic paradigm shift away from an Industrial Economy to a so-called Information Economy, , as well as the early death throes of Big Oil Domination, and this is all happening globally, not just in the US.
It's US & Them (the rich & the rest). The governments are using minorities as a scapegoat. Their media keeps putting out propaganda to keep the masses distracted from the real issues. Obama is just another puppet for the elite. I agree with someone who mention that racism is higher now then it has ever been. Today's economy is affecting the white middle class & white poor, just as much as minorities! That is one reason they see Trump as the (make America great again) hopeful. How disappointing they're going to be! But Clinton is not that much better, either.
I wonder just how many Muslim countries President Obama has bombed, and how many Muslim human beings Obama has killed in his 8 years in office??
Note: The military is not subject to a vote every 4 years. Obama inherited the war but at least has tried negotiation, a tough "row to hoe" considering "the enemy" is not a Nation but a specific group of religious radicals impossible to identify by anything other than ideology. Politics and diplomacy is largely about compromise. Put yourself in in his position. Do you think you could stop that juggernaut on a dime once it is rolling?
