Depending on which part of the country you live in the word had can be any number of odd words and its a perfect example of where you might invent something to use instead of had... !
we've been screwed
we;ve been stuffed
we've been conned
we've been creamed
we've been Gordon Browned... LOL
I somehow don't feel that those words should not be used on a technical forum unless you are posting in the /General, they look cheap to me. "we've been had " looks more sophisticated as compared to the above words.

Please DO bother me again, and don't get offended, with that post I wrote only what I thought of those words, nothing more nothing less. I do have a right to express my thoughts, don't I?

I meant that if I had to write those words somewhere, I would write them only in the /General forum and that too when I am trying to copy my English peers/seniors here!

Well, the people working here in the BPO's are generally very fluent in English! Perhaps in the case pointed out by you, it was a coincidence that the accent was not understandable.
BPO's offer very high paying jobs here! The only drawback is that they have to work at night (obviously) therefore they are not considered safe and are generally looked down in the society!
