Problem with Cisco uBR7246. Speed issue.

Hi. I have a problem, but don't know where I can get help.

May be somebody can show to me appropriate community?

Problem descripton:
I have:
1. The Cisco uBR7246VXR with the Cisco uBR-MC28U cable interface line card and IOS 12.3(9a)BC3.
2. The Cable Modems Motorolla SB5100E with firmware SW_REV: SB5100E-2.3.1.8-SCM06-NOSH.

I use mixed TDMA/A-TDMA mode. I test download and upload speed by transfer 10 Mb file through FTP. I have 46 Mbps on a downstream and 2,7 Mbps on an upstream. It is too small! Transfer speed does not change with any preconfigured modulation-profile.

I think Cisco has a forum but you have to register first. I would Google a search for Cisco Forums.

I have already posted this question on the cisco.com forum. But i don't have any reply there about 12 hours. ): That forum has not a lot of members.
