pls recommend cube/itx/shuttle type pc for *nix firewall

i want to build a small, quiet, low-power linux firewall and I 'd like to use a small form factor like the itx/shuttle/cube type of box. Here are some requirements:

--Most important, it needs to support 3 nic's, such as 1 built in nic and 2 pci slots. most shuttle type mobo's I've seen only have 1 pci slot. I need that second pci slot b/c I am going to have a two lan system.
--I'd like it to be quiet, maybe fanless, and low-power
--It has be be cheap say less than $400
--It hast to run Linux of course!
--I don't care much about the speed of processor, or graphics capability etc. This is going to be a firewall.

Any recommendations would be very helpful, thanks!

My personal preference is the MiniITX format - a Via fanless CPU and MB and the Cubid 2966 case. I just built one for work - used a hard drive from a broken laptop as those use less power and since there's only room for one PCI card, I bought a 4-port NIC from Routerboard. Intel also makes multiport NICs and DLink used to.

Via's MiniITX motherboards work fine with Linux - and most of the tricky parts in setting up involve hardware not used in a firewall (video, sound, firewire, etc).
