Hello everyone!

I've been working on this site for a week, and I was hoping to get your feedback. While a website is not Linux, I will be dedicating a not-for-profit on recycling computers for schools and poor students using 100% Linux.

I'm loving Joomla. It is the most powerful CMS I have worked with, and its very very easy to use.

I have noticed that there are little to no textbooks (yet) for open source for elementary to middle school students. I'm thinking about making one for python, like the one published by green tea press.I would sell them, with the majority of the funds going to python developers. If I could do other books, the other developers could get most of the funds. I like to eat, they like to eat.

I also want to start making viral educational websites. I like the concept of youtube.com, and think it could be a great forum for students around the world to teach things about themselves and their country.

I am not doing this all at once :)

Yes very nice but personally i would have replaced the dark blue with a lighter shade of blue.

What program are you using? That looks really nice.

One nit: There are quite a few links that do not change on hover--ie there is no feedback that it is--in fact--a link.
More generally, I would try to get all links to look and act the same.

I wouldn't put the 'administrator' link on the front page, personally. The only people that are going to use it know how to get there.

Other than that, I likey.

that dark blue is too dark unless there are more light blue things ...

other than that ... the usual pleasing looking web sites ...


//btw ... dont be afraid of flash things and images and the likes ... in fact , why ask people to have a look at your sites and say whatever they want to say ... you get what i mean ??
