Here in the UK, the provider called Three is offering unlimited data plans for a reasonable price. Three (and EE) are also the only providers to utilise 4G capabilities of that phone (1800Mhz and 2600Mhz). Other providers have not secured or rolled out those frequencies yet.
Here the Oneplus is at a 50% premium to the nominal price. Until they stop the stupid "invite" system it won't be viable here.
When they do I'll buy one - even tho' it's too damn big for a phone.

I think their invite system is good for them for 2 reasons:
- they control how many devices will be sold (they seem to be already struggling with the demand)
- free marketing - people are doing it for them. Tell people you can't have it, and they'll want it straight away.
Anyway, I managed to get one of the invites and have ordered the phone.
I have received the phone.
I must say I'm impressed with the quality of build, the quickness and the features of the phone. Cyanogen is way more customisable than standard Android. It's interesting that rooting this phone does not necessarily void your warranty.
I have already received 2 system updates. Now I am on Android 4.4.4 CyanogenMod 11.0-XNPH30O. I have read there are some bugs with this particular update but have not personally encountered any.
Apparently in the future the phone will get an update to have a CyanogenMod based on Android L.
