New adblock for Firefox loses functionality?

I just upgraded to AdblockPlus 6.1.1 and I seem to have lost some of the functionality of the older version. I used to be able to go to Tools > Adblock > Remove Flash (or something like that). This is no longer there and I see no way of removing Flash adds on sites any longer.

Anyone else experiencing this or am I just missing something?

Todd
