Neoware (model BA-EON3000i-3-6) 300 MHZ, Home & Web Server?

Hi!, I am thinking of buying the Neoware PC above, Does anyone have any experience with it? My basic goals for the PC are to put it on the web so I can access it via the internet into my internal network and upload and download files. Web Server maybe? I also want to leave it on 24/7 but also conserve power. Is 1 watt of operating power a lot? Please give some insight on these ideas and help them turn into a reality. Thanks
