Need a time card application

Hello, We have looked at a few time card applications and although our favorite is timesheet.php, it doesnt support:

1. Time does not need to be approved.
2. Cannot put hourly rates into the system and generate invoices.
3. Cannot export the data to a spreadsheet.

Does anyone know of a time card application that supports these features?

Thanks..
