Question Need a bit of help with Excel and Dissertation

Hello,

Just wondering if someone could give us some help.
I currently writing my dissertation, its 99% done, but I have a little question. Uni is shut because of Easter so can't ask there, but I someone here might be able to help. Its an MS Excel question (I know, spit spit MS, but I have to hand it in on disk so its easier to do it in Excel).

Right I have graphs, and they need error bars, but the errors are different for each value on the graph. As far as I can tell Excel can only produce error bars on graphs that have the same limits for each value.

Does anyone know any different?

If not...
I have SPSS stats software that I could use, but its ages since I used it and I can't really remember how. Or, is there Linux software that could produce the graphs and then save them as pictures or something?

Happy Easter Everyone.
Cheers,
Sniff
