Unhappy Monitoring win NT via SNMP in nagios


Hello Friends,

My senior gives me some old windows NT machine to minitor CPU,Disk space, Memory in nagios. I already enable snmp on winnt machine and snmpwalk command run succefully.

My problem is when i monitor cpu,disk,memory nagios display below error. I can able to monitor other services.

Hi babunix,

There is no performance MIBs in windows NT OS. So you can't monitor performance related monitoring i.e cpu,disk,memory via SNMP.

You have to install and compile performance MIBs for winnt to monitor.

look snmp4tpc.

I never use this but it might help you.

that means i have to compile or install that mibs on winnt.
