I see MEGA is online again in NZ. I was reading the Terms and Conditions: seems that NZ is now under US jurisdiction! How many States does the US have now?

Well, the world's policeman, the US, wants to extradite Kim. Considering the US rejected the English crown saying 'no taxation without representation' I think we are in the quagmire of American double standards again. Real Politik dictates that the NZ Govt at least seems to be doing what the US wants and what its people and Constitution require. Hence the apology from the NZ Prime Minister for its/his total lack of balls a year or more ago. How many people spent how much time in jail after the sinking of the Greenpeace ship by the French secret service? NZ was told 'You wanna sell your butter and lambs in Europe, you better back down!' Of course, that was said with a French accent, not an American accent!

Does America allow Al Jazeera TV? They usually refer to the Americans as 'terrorists'.

I'll use it if they give me my lifetime premium account back.

The NZ govt might be bending over for the US, but the judiciary isn't.

Reading their faq (though it keeps changing), they do plan to do this.

From a user perspective it all seems nice, however ... I simply don't trust people who's first motivation is making money from illegal software/data distribution.
