1. runs on windows
2. can send html newsletters
3. Lets the administrator add/remove users
4. But most important - an application that offers a subscribe/unsubscribe link to the users
5. This should be a free software
I have googled quite a lot on this, tried few mailing list managers, but didnt find one that could fulfill these requirements on windows....
also, i want the application to be a standalone software and not dependent on any website...and PHP/SQL server etc
pls suggest me the best mailing list application that would fit my need..
