I was just reading a question and it made me really laugh hard, cause it happens so often.

Here's the example:

"So I was puttin a program on my machine, how do i use it?"

ha ha ha ha. I have seen at least 50 of those types. Those are so funny. I always wanna respond with something like
"You type "rm -f /"

ha ha ha ha. Anyway, I just thought you would like to know.

It's not a good response. There are people who REALLY don't know how to run a program, usually don't know about man and howtos, too. Such answers can only make things worse.

SO i was running rm -f and HEy wait!! I am a newbie i won't deny it...although i have a little style and atititude i still know very lil about linux....the transition isn't really to bad since DoS basically raised me (i had deadbeat parents.....ooohhhh warm comforting glow of the screeenn...oooohhh) i'm getting there though.... I do agree with Mara though...some of us...are totally clueless and desperate on this thing (we call linux trouble shooting) that it is sooo hard.... But i do appreciate alll the help i've received without it i would still be swearing my tail off in my room tossing my laptop into the wall and carving "red Hat Hates ME!!" onto my chest.......i mean....i want a Dorito...
