Question Login problem with google and facebook.

Hello friends,
since today evening (GMT +5:30 INDIA) I am facing weird problem with google and facebook accounts, when I try to login it is showing some certificate error which is pointing that certificate is invalid then I tried logging to gmail account through pidgin (for google talk) even there it is showing some certificate thing on every login. I don't understand what exactly is the issue is it from googl's side?, or is my pc infected maleware? (I doubt linux would get infected by virus but if virus is targated on browser cookies etc then it is farely possible) I tried to update firefox still the issue persist.

login with yahoo worked fine with https at same time.

thank you

No answers, but two suggestions:

Try with a different browser.

Clear your browser history, cookies, and cache and test again.

Is your system time correct? At my workplace there's a computer with windows that for some reason always has 12/31/1999 as the date (probably a virus), and every time I try to login to FB or any email service I get a certificate error too.

It seems that your issue has been solved. If that's the case, please mark this thread as solved. This will make it easier for other members with the same problem to find this solution. You can do that with the thread tools above your initial post.

I was trying to find out how to do that, even googled it, can you please guide me how to mark the post as solved?

sorry didn't read about thread tool hint you have mentioned in your post, but here It is showing only 4 options those are as follows

* Show printable version
* Email this page
* Unsuscribe from this thread
* Add a poll to this thread
I 've found none of these are relevant to mark it as solved.

Thank You
