I was wondering if anyone knew of a web site or something where there is live help available?

There are many IRC channels out there, check your distros website for details.

Let me suggest a few IRC channels for you:

*Do not go to #linux on this server for help. You'll most likely get banned

#[Put your distro name here]

IRC is great for getting very quick answers to Linux problems. However, the same rules apply there as they do here or Usenet. Ask good questions! How to do it? ->

uddy gudda, two of your three posts are pimping a commercial product, and one of the two was reply to a 6 year-old thread. Please reply if you're not a bot.

Since he mentioned the (commercial, only Windows and Intel-Macs) Webex system already in two posts I would assume that this is a spam bot.
