It was probably a deliberate choice to go with silverlight.

After all, the democratic platform decries individualism, and many on the far left describe individualism as a "cult".

So what is the ultimate collectivist OS? And what is the ultimate individualist OS?

Linux was deliberately excluded. That is what all of you get for being cultists.
