Did this happen using one finger of each hand? Or two fingers from one hand? This is so confusing, I'd really appreciate a howto Brian.

Two fingers on one hand. It will probably be another year or two before I attempt using both hands, because that's real leet stuff.

I used one finger from one hand and a finger from someone else's hand. Maybe that's where I went wrong...
