I think his email is listed on Eric Raymonds website, linus at transmeta dot com or something, along with a strong warning not to send him crap or trivial mail because he's too nice to just throw it out. Eric goes on to say don't mess with Linus or his "hacker friends" will make your life hell. Good advice...
Its torvalds@transmeta.com - if you read the Linux kernel mailing list then you'd know If you suggest things to Linus, he does usually listen, but Alan Cox (ac) is a guy that will actually explain things to you
