LAMP stack for Windoze

Due to Fedora not installing on this new old machine that I just got (1 Ghz Athlon), I'm now stuck to using WINDOZE for LAMP development!
Where can I download the complete package for Windoze, which will give me everything I need to write PHP scripts connecting to a MySQL database?

Also, whats a good editor for Windoze with syntax highlighting for PHP?

I think I'll post about Fedora not installing in a separate thread, so that I can ask for help
