It is about good marketing, not good software -- Paul Allen's yacht

Paul Allen's yacht Octopus on its yearly trip to the Caribbean. For the last few years it has always shown up for a few days, just drifting around.

Hi,

Why not spend the money. Paul Allen has been a innovator and not just a empty suit. He has his hands in a different pies. Unlike Billy he does interact with the things he has investments in.

He also financed Burt Rutan in his successful quest for the X prize. Burt won that for putting the first civilian vehicle into space twice within a week.
