Hi, I'm the Frog. I'm an amphibian with human like fingers, which enables me to type. I hope to gain some knowledge at this forum. Yes, yes, I know: no one's ever succeeded, but it's worth a shot.

I thought it was supposed to look like that. Is it not a birdie?
Welcome Frog Dude. If you ever get advice from me, double check before applying it. And if you see the words 'Good Luck' at the end of a reply, that truly means 'good luck'. In other words, it may have worked for me, but I probably did it A$$-backwards. So wait for one of the above Mod or a few other trusty Linux Gurus/Mods/LQ Addicts/Members/Newbies/Root to guide you through the correct way before attempting my drastic measures.

HA HA HA!!! OMFG ha ha !! ROFL...
er... oh you were serious. uhm... of course. I hope to learn and help others. Of course that'll be the day when England wins the world cup. HAAA (another joke. JEez, what's wrong with me)
Oh, another q... this "general forum"... it's for ANYTHING, right? I noticed a lot of topics here are still tech related, and I see no pointless threads talking about nothing at all.
I must ask the following question:
Am I the only one that really doesn't care whether England win or not? Let's see what would happen either way:
If we win:
There'll be 4 years of galavanting about thinking we're the best thing that's ever happened to football. People will swan around comparing the final to the 1966 match.
If we lose:
There'll be 4 years of dissecting the finals. People will endlessly compare it to the 1966 match and we'll never hear the end of it!
Personally, I couldn't give a monkey's which way the game swings... it won't affect me in any way!
