Thankless it may be at times but it's rarely straining. Much of that is due to LQ moderators being hand picked by Jeremy for several reasons, among which resilience and impartiality. And knowing we do our job to allow members make the most of LQ does help. That doesn't mean there's no room for improvement, being human and all that...
